This policy describes how EightCRM (“we”) processes personal data of visitors to eightcrm.cz and users of the app.eightcrm.cz application.

1. Data controller

EightCRM's website and application are operated by the company whose contact details are published at hello@eightcrm.cz. Please use this address for any data-protection request.

2. Data we process

• Contact details submitted through the inquiry form — name, email, phone, company name and message content.
• Registration and usage data for the EightCRM application — name, email, company name and technical data related to running the CRM.
• Operational and analytics data required for the website to function and stay secure.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data from the inquiry form is processed to handle your request and, where relevant, to prepare a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Application user data is processed to provide the CRM service under the terms of use.

4. Retention period

Inquiry-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, for no longer than 24 months. Data tied to an active application account is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards as required by law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data. Send requests to hello@eightcrm.cz.

6. Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies required for basic functionality (such as remembering your language). We do not use third-party marketing or tracking cookies.
